SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING 

Semi Private PT is designed to target different muscle groups each session so whether you'd like to train once a week or 5 times a week, we have a program for you. Sessions will be adjusted and tailored to your needs so you'll still experience a goal orientated workout whilst in a small group setting.

MY PERSONAL TRAINER

With our different membership options you'll get the chance to have your own personal trainer guiding and supporting you outside of the gym. They'll hold you accountable, advise on nutrition and macros and help you with checkins. Should you need any support, they'll be there for you to make sure you reach your goals

Bring a friend for free and have fun joining our community. Sessions last 45 mins with a 15 minute buffer to give you guys chance to chat, catch up and ask the PT any questions
